Perry is a visionary leader who possesses an unwavering passion for transforming the lives of young aspiring athletes.
As a young Football Player, he too had aspirations of reaching the highest level, but despite his hard work and dedication, Perry found himself struggling to achieve the success he yearned for.
His Discovery
Perry soon realized that success in sport and life wasn’t just about working hard, but also about having access to the right knowledge, tools, and resources. This realization sparked his curiosity and led him on a journey of self-discovery, where he studied the lives of successful athletes and discovered the common thread – they all had mentors and coaches who guided them towards their goals.
His Personal Development Obsessions
Unable to afford top mentors, Perry sought out personal development coaches who offered valuable advice on the subjects of success and greatness. He practiced what he learned and experienced both setbacks and successes along the way. However, Perry’s relentless pursuit of knowledge and personal growth led him to become obsessed with learning more about personal development. He sought out individuals with wisdom, watched their videos, read their books, and asked questions to gain as much insight as possible.
A new found wisdom
It was through this journey that Perry recognized the impact that the right knowledge and guidance could have on the lives of young aspiring athletes. He believed that if more young people had access to this information, they could avoid years of mistakes and achieve better results with ease. This became his moral obligation and fuelled his desire to pass on his wisdom and experiences to the next generation. This desire led him to transform himself into a certified life coach, Personal growth strategist, and player consultant.
A realisation
Throughout his journey in the world of Football, Perry has observed first-hand the downfall of numerous athletes, who have succumbed to the various pitfalls that steer them away from their aspirations. One of them being, negative influences from bad associations, hindering the development of their natural talent.
Perry has witnessed many extremely gifted athletes fail to actualize their full potential due to wrong reasons for participating in the sport, also because of a lack of mentorship, a poor mindset, and an absence of self-discipline. Additionally, he has observed many talented players fall short of their aspirations due to a disregard for themselves, their mentors, and their families. These athletes, having been easily diverted by distractions, lost sight of their goals and objectives.
The Academy
With the aim of encouraging wise choices and position decision-making habits among young footballers, Perry has leveraged his extensive 14-year experience in the Game to create the Greatness Digital Academy. A platform dedicated to equipping young athletes with the knowledge they need to succeed both on the pitch and in life. He is determined to make the football coaching, tools, and principles previously only available to a select few, accessible to all. Perry is committed to fostering a community of champions who possess the skills and abilities necessary to bring about positive change and transform the world. He is a catalyst for success and an inspiration to anyone who possesses the drive and willpower to step up.
